Pay: $18.25+ per hour

Schedule: 1st Shift | Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in logistics, warehouse coordination, or team leadership
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic knowledge of warehouse systems and reporting tools (a plus)

As a Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a key role in overseeing daily warehouse operations and ensuring efficient logistics and inventory processes. You'll support internal teams and customers, drive process improvements, and help maintain a high standard of accuracy and safety across all operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, motivate, and lead a team of warehouse associates
• Assign daily tasks, monitor performance, and ensure operational goals are met
• Foster a positive, safety-focused team culture built on efficiency and accountability
• Serve as the main point of contact for escalated customer issues related to shipments and inventory
• Resolve delivery, order, and discrepancy concerns promptly and professionally
• Conduct team training to ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Mentor associates to improve performance, encourage cross-training, and support career growth
• Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and efficiently
• Collaborate with supply chain, logistics, and other departments to enhance workflow
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
• Track and report key KPIs such as inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and shipping efficiency
