Are you an experienced maintenance professional ready to take the next step in your career? Join Staffmark as a Maintenance Mechanic, where you'll play a key role in maintaining and repairing the machinery that keeps our corrugated sheet and box production moving efficiently.

Pay & Schedule



  • Pay Rate: $38 - $43/hr (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday | 12:00 PM - 10:00 PM



What You'll Do



  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
  • Diagnose and repair PLCs, electrical circuits, motors, drives, transformers, and control panels
  • Perform both preventive and corrective maintenance to minimize downtime
  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
  • Apply NEC standards and use diagnostic/testing equipment for repairs
  • Collaborate with production leaders to ensure smooth shift transitions and timely repairs
  • Maintain safety standards, use PPE correctly, and report any safety issues immediately
  • Support other maintenance activities and assist with additional duties as needed



What We're Looking For



  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 5-7 years of maintenance experience or equivalent technical training
  • Strong knowledge of AC/DC, Allen Bradley PLC 5 & SLC 500, Siemens, and Servo systems
  • Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot commercial and industrial systems
  • Skilled in using diagnostic equipment and hand tools for electrical/electronic repairs
  • Commitment to teamwork, safety, and willingness to work overtime as needed (including weekends)
