Lighting Showroom Sales Representative:

At Galleria Lighting our passion for excellence encompasses the quality and design of the lighting products we offer, the experience we provide to our clients and our commitment to bringing their lighting visions to life. We are a source of knowledge, expertise, guidance and inspiration for every person and project that walks through our doors.We are seeking an experienced and energetic showroom salesperson for our Greenwood Village location. Ourshowroom sales team provides sales and design services to trade/design customers, and retail customers. The ideal candidate has a keen eye for design and creativity and is eager to assist our clients find the right lighting solutions while driving sales and delivering a first-class customer experience.

What you'll do:



  • Work directly with walk-in clients and appointments at our showroom using consultative selling skills
  • Ability to achieve results both independently and through others by fostering a spirit of teamwork and cooperation.
  • Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects
  • Continually improve sales skills as well as knowledge of products and industry trends
  • Build rapport with clients to create long-term relationships
  • Minimize returns through customer assistance, thoughtful selections, and excellent follow-up with vendors and customers.



What you'll bring:



  • Passion for home trends and/or design building/remodeling
  • Enthusiastic attitude in a retail customer-facing environment
  • 1 year sales experience, home furnishings or lighting is a plus
  • Must demonstrate maturity in judgement, commitment, dependability, punctuality and adherence to agreed-upon schedule as determined by manager.
  • Available to work a flexible schedule including weekends
  • Pre-hire (post offer) background check and drug screen required



Schedule: Will include working 1-2 weekends per month. Hours 9:00am - 6:00pm.

Compensation: $22+ per hour and commission plan
