As a Group Claims Consultant, you will build strong relationships, solve problems, and deliver a top-notch experience for our clients, brokers, and internal partners. You'll act as the go-to contact for assigned accounts, helping ensure every client interaction reflects the high standard of service we're known for.

Estimated Salary: $58,656 - $75,078 plus annual bonus opportunity.
401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Serve as the main contact for clients and internal partners, providing proactive, responsive support for all claims-related needs.
Partner with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure a seamless customer experience from start to finish.
Use your product knowledge to help clients understand coverage and navigate claim processes.
Anticipate customer needs and identify opportunities to improve service, communication, and efficiency.
Lead or participate in special projects, process improvements, and service initiatives that enhance the customer experience.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

A customer service and/or medical background is strongly preferred.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to think critically, manage multiple priorities, and take ownership of issues through resolution.
A collaborative mindset and confidence working across teams and with external partners.
Ability to work at our home office located in Omaha, Nebraska, in a hybrid environment.
