Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) is seeking an Enterprise Systems Support Analyst to provide sustainment and coordination support for digital engineering tools within a classified environment. The analyst will support the Digital Engineering Solutions (DES) portfolio, ensuring operational continuity, application stability, and accurate documentation for engineering applications. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at managing recurring tasks, coordinating across technical teams, and maintaining reliability in secure, structured enterprise systems.

Primary Responsibilities



  • Provide Tier-2/3 sustainment support for engineering and enterprise applications.
  • Coordinate software updates, configuration syncs, and validation testing for supported systems.
  • Track and document recurring maintenance cycles and version deployments.
  • Maintain change and deployment documentation across internal repositories.
  • Coordinate with deployment teams and system stakeholders to ensure environment stability and compliance.
  • Support audit readiness and environment validation activities.
  • Participate in regular standups and coordination meetings to provide clear operational updates.



Required Qualifications



  • U.S. Citizenship (mandatory) with an active or interim Secret clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 3-5 years of experience in enterprise systems sustainment or application support.
  • Experience supporting or using Siemens NX in an engineering or enterprise environment.
  • Experience maintaining documentation within SharePoint, Excel, or other configuration control tools.
  • Working knowledge of ticketing or workflow management systems (e.g., ServiceNow or equivalent).
  • Strong organizational skills with a consistent record of managing recurring deliverables.



Preferred Qualifications



  • Experience supporting Digital Engineering Solutions (DES) or similar digital design environments.
  • Exposure to secure, closed-network environments or classified systems.
  • Understanding of model-based engineering workflows and application validation practices.
  • Familiarity with additional digital engineering tools such as FlowSimulator, CADIQ, or Teamcenter.
  • Familiarity with scripting or automation for recurring operational tasks (Python, PowerShell).
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, with attention to accuracy and clarity.

This role may be eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
