Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The National Sales Manager - Rehabilitation Market is responsible for driving growth of the Game Ready product line across physical therapy, hospital, private practice, and government healthcare channels. This leader will manage a team of Territory Managers and Inside Sales Representatives, while coordinating performance across multi-regional distributors serving the rehabilitation market.

Key Responsibilities:




  • Lead, coach, and develop sales teams to execute revenue goals in the Rehab call point.
  • Build and execute national sales strategies targeting physical therapy clinics, outpatient rehab centers, hospitals, government facilities, and integrated health networks.
  • Collaborate with distributors to expand product reach, drive compliance with contracts, and ensure consistent messaging in the market.
  • Develop and oversee Territory Business Plans, aligning activities with corporate strategy and customer needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, purchasing groups, and key decision-makers.
  • Conduct field visits with Territory Managers and distributor partners to support customer engagement and drive adoption.
  • Provide regular reporting and market analysis to senior management, including performance metrics, risks, and opportunities.
  • Work closely with Marketing to support education programs, clinical training, and targeted campaigns in the rehab space.
  • Lead recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of rehab-focused sales personnel.
  • Ensure adherence to all healthcare compliance, quality, and regulatory requirements.



Your qualifications

Required:



  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in medical device or rehab sales leadership, with proven success managing sales teams and distributor networks.
  • Knowledge of rehabilitation, physical therapy, and hospital purchasing processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive growth in complex healthcare sales environments.
  • Salesforce.com proficiency preferred.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and closing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively.

Salary Range:

The anticipated average base pay range for this position is $127,000.00 - $156,000.00. In addition, this role is eligible for an attractive incentive compensation program and benefits. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the base posted.
