Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus.

SUMMARY

Reporting directly to the CIO, the AI Productivity Specialist will lead the Bank's enterprise adoption of Microsoft Copilot for the enterprise; this includes Copilot Chat (free), the licensed version of Copilot, and Copilot Studio. This role will design and deliver training in partnership with HR, curate role-based use cases and prompts, and manage the Bank's internally hosted AI Innovation Hub. The ideal candidate blends strong Microsoft 365 expertise with change management, communications, and compliance awareness to drive secure, measurable productivity gains across all divisions and job roles.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Independently designs and executes enterprise-wide rollout plans for Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and Copilot Studio. Defines enablement roadmaps, pilot frameworks, readiness benchmarks, and scaling strategies, applies sound judgement to tailor approaches for diverse business units.
  • Exercises discretion in developing role-specific learning paths and instructional materials (e.g., decks, guides, videos) that align with organizational goals. Evaluates training effectiveness and refines content based on feedback and evolving needs.
  • Serves as the principal architect and curator of the Bank's intranet-based Copilot resource center. Determines content priorities, structure, and updates to ensure relevance, accuracy, and strategic alignment with enterprise AI initiatives.
  • Partners with stakeholders across divisions to identify, assess, and document high-value Copilot use cases. Applied independent judgement to vet and publish Copilot Agents and prompt libraries that reflect operational controls and workflow optimization.
  • Provides expert level coaching on prompt engineering, ethical AI usage, and secure deployment practices. Serves as the primary point of contact for Copilot-related inquiries, offering tailored guidance that reflects nuanced understanding of business priorities.
  • Independently plans and executes enterprise communication campaigns (e.g., newsletters, demos, town halls) that promote Copilot adoption. Recognizes champions and fosters a culture of responsible innovation through targeted messaging and engagement strategies.
  • Complies with and stays abreast of all policies and procedures, federal and state laws applicable to the job.
  • Provide, present, and promote The Citizens Experience to all external and internal customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline from a four-year college or technical school or 1-2 years of job-related experience.

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to apply simple math concepts to add, subtract multiply, and divide whole numbers using a PC or calculator.

REASONING ABILITY

Ability to define GenAI use cases to address inefficiencies in processes, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.

COMPUTER SKILLS

  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence and Generative Artificial Intelligence
  • Experience working with GenAI solutions (Copilot, ChatGpt, Gemini, etc.)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot and Copilot Studio preferred
  • Microsoft 365 product stack knowledge a plus

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES

  • Thorough understanding of Generative Artificial Intelligence
  • Strong oral and written communication skills evidenced by a background in preparing comprehensive documentation incorporating complex information.
  • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work with third party vendors, in-house technology partners, or peers within the bank
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment with minimal supervision.
  • The incumbent should be self-motivated with strong decision making and communication skills.
  • Ability to plan, revise and execute project work plans as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills across both process and technical domains.
