About the Role

As a Digital Platform Success Sr. Manager, you will own onboarding new teams, author success and wider platform enablement for adopters of our digital platform, including the Page Builder CMS, Marketing Catalogs, Digital Offers Service and Agent UI. You will be a key partner for a widespread group of marketers, including web authors and digital strategists, who are responsible for salesforce.com and other key properties in the Salesforce ecosystem. You will help those teams use the platform most effectively, and partner with product management and engineering teams to triage issues, bugs and field enhancement requests.

This role requires a blend of strategic planning, process development to scale marketer success and hands-on execution.

Your Impact - Responsibilities:

  • Program Ownership & Execution: You will operate customer success like a program - your work will span multiple teams & stakeholder groups, so there will be a need to prioritize and identify areas of opportunity for improving onboarding, enablement & usage of the platform

  • Stakeholder Alignment & Influence: Align stakeholders by identifying process or tactical opportunities that span across Clouds or domains. Additionally your input will influence the product roadmap across a number of digital platform teams

  • Problem Solving & Enablement: Be the first line of defense for issues, translating bugs and enhancement requests into actionable work items for engineering and product teams. Anticipate and remove obstacles that slow down or prevent project teams from delivering on project goals

  • Communication: Communicate proactively and effectively cross functionally. Clear communication style to ensure understanding and alignment with all stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

  • 7+ years of experience with product development programs and a strong understanding of the SaaS business model

  • Proven experience with the software development lifecycle; ability to adjust and apply this knowledge in a dynamic environment using Agile methodologies

  • Strong organizational, analysis, and communication skills conducive to driving consensus

  • Demonstrated ability to work mostly independently, driving planning and execution for your sub-program

  • Ability to establish credibility and rapport with partners across multiple levels and functions

  • Experience with analytics and reporting tools, like Tableau and Salesforce Reporting

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $177,600 to $244,200. For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700. For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $1,777,600 to $244,200. For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $162,600 to $223,700.
