Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Nursing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Prior experience working with individuals with severe mental illness or in a community-based setting preferred.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing needs and circumstances.

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required (some travel within the community is expected).
