Position Overview
MTSI is seeking an experienced senior level engineer to support the Missile Defense Agency Integrated Non-kinetic & Electronic Warfare mission area in the Advanced Capability Office on Directed Energy weapon and advanced sensor system concept design and analysis across multiple domains.Candidate will work with a team of multi-disciplinary engineers who are leading the future of directed energy systems for strategic defense- a DoD research priority. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, contributing to innovative solutions, while demonstrating personal leadership, technical excellence, and attention to detail.
