Summary:

In this role, you will lead Vizient's acute care implementation delivery team, ensuring successful solution integration, measurable provider value, and operational excellence. You will translate business unit strategy into operational execution, oversee all acute care implementation projects, and ensure alignment with Vizient's standards for quality, consistency, and client satisfaction. You will mentor teams, foster collaboration across stakeholders and suppliers, and drive continuous improvement through innovation, analytics, and process optimization to enhance provider experience and outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the acute care implementation delivery team to ensure consistent, high-quality project execution and value realization.

  • Translate business unit strategy into operational execution, aligning goals with implementation objectives and delivery standards.

  • Oversee day-to-day operational processes, refining methodologies to improve delivery effectiveness and operational consistency.

  • Partner with internal stakeholders, supplier partners, and category management teams to enhance integration outcomes.

  • Mentor and develop implementation leaders, promoting a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Leverage analytics and reporting tools to drive insights, identify performance trends, and inform strategic decisions.

  • Ensure accurate financial oversight and efficient resource management across all implementation projects.

  • Lead efforts to connect implementation outcomes to Vizient's Spend Management Unified Workplan continuum.

  • Oversee issue resolution and escalation processes to maintain strong provider and supplier relationships.

  • Drive process improvement and technology utilization to improve the sustainability and efficiency of delivery operations.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred.

  • 10 or more years of relevant experience required.

  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale healthcare implementation or integration projects.

  • Strong understanding of healthcare operations, supply chain, category management, and provider dynamics.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage supplier relationships, and deliver complex solutions.

  • Experience using analytics and AI tools to drive data-informed decisions and improve outcomes.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational capabilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

  • Ability to travel regularly and expeditiously throughout the year to meet clients' needs and timetables.

Estimated Hiring Range:

At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $187,800.00 to $348,300.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
