As a member of the Treasury Management Operations team, this position sets up new customers and provides support for the operations of advanced Treasury Management services. This position will work closely with customers and their vendors or IT departments, as well as Treasury Management Sales and Customer Support, in the setup and support of different payment platforms and/or advanced Treasury Management services. This position is regarded as a leader within Treasury Management Operations and a Subject Matter Expert (SME). Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Setup Treasury Management customers on multiple systems, including consideration for each system and how they interact in setting customer level parameters. Make connections between systems as necessary.
- Setup more complex or less common Treasury Management services including advanced Payment Systems.
- Work directly with high value customers and senior levels of bank management in the support of Treasury Management customers/services.
- Guide customers through file formatting for multiple Treasury Management services. Work with customers using varying file formats and translate the expected format to the bank's systems. Explain complex file formats to customers in setting up business to business ACH with addenda, lockbox, EDI translation, billing and payment files for payment systems and other Treasury Management services.
- Work with multiple systems and programs on the banking core that relate to Treasury Management services, and troubleshoot across multiple systems to resolve customer errors. Work directly with bank vendors in troubleshooting and problem resolution.
- Support Treasury Management customers on multiple platforms. Including reviewing settings and customer level parameters on each platform as customers encounter errors.
- Use a deep knowledge of how the different systems for Treasury Management are interdependent to assist in setup and customer troubleshooting for complex customer setups using multiple Treasury Management products and services.
- Coordinate with other areas of the bank to troubleshoot and support Treasury Management products and services.
- Team lead for other associates.
- Review complex setups completed by other Treasury Management associates.
- Stay current on ACH Rule changes and report to Management any changes necessary to prepare for ACH Rules changes.
- Deep knowledge of Risk documentation related to Treasury Management services that is applied in the day to day operations of these services.
- Take full ownership of issues until they are fully resolved.
- Pull in analysis billing files from multiple platforms.
- Ensures all departmental documents and activities are performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies and procedures as applicable to this position, including completion of required compliance training.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or its equivalent is required, and
- Five plus years of related experience required; treasury management, banking operations and/or customer service experience preferred.
