Data Center Technician - Hardware & Infrastructure Support Are you ready to work hands-on with the technology that powers the digital world? We're seeking a Data Center Technician to support and maintain the physical infrastructure behind modern computing systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong technical foundation who thrives in fast-paced, hands-on environments. * * What You'll Do: * Diagnose and repair server and network hardware issues using command-line tools and physical troubleshooting. * Perform routine hardware maintenance, upgrades, and installations. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimal system performance and uptime. * Maintain documentation of repairs, configurations, and procedures. * Operate independently or as part of a team in high-pressure, time-sensitive situations. * What You Bring:* * 1+ year of experience with computer hardware, networking, and Linux operating systems. * Familiarity with RAID configurations and data center operations. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated locations (reasonable accommodations available). * Clear communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences. * A proactive mindset with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. * Bonus Skills:* * Experience with server diagnostics and infrastructure support. * Exposure to enterprise-level data center environments Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $22.63 - $22.63/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
