ResponsibilitiesLead design and implementation of complex features and services across Windows components and apps, ensuring architectural soundness, scalability, and maintainability.Write quality, extensible, and maintainable code, applying advanced coding patterns. Drive adoption of modern engineering practices across the team.Define and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including automated validation and quality gates, ensuring robust and reliable solutions.Own production readiness by integrating telemetry, diagnostics, and observability into solutions to monitor performance, reliability, availability, and usage at scale.Collaborate across teams to influence technical direction, resolve dependencies, and deliver end-to-end solutions that meet business and customer needs.Mentor and guide engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous improvement.Embody the Microsoft culture and values. | |
