OverviewMicrosoft for Startups is a global team that takes a 360-degree approach to build success. We work with Venture Capitalists (VCs), industry organizations, customers, and our field teams to identify the most promising startups. By working closely with startup leaders, we empower them to leverage Microsoft's extensive resources and global Business-to-Business (B2B) market reach. As a Senior Startup Development Manager, your role will involve collaborating with early-stage startups backed by our strategic partners, helping them build and innovate more efficiently using Microsoft's Cloud and AI stack. Acting as a trusted technical advisor and hands-on solutions architect, you will enable these startups to accelerate their product development and go-to-market strategies by harnessing Azure AI technologies and tools. This role demands a solid grasp of both the technical and business aspects of the startup's goals and a proficiency in fostering positive relationships with the startup. In addition to these responsibilities, the individual in this Senior Startup Development Manager role will partner internally with Microsoft product, sales, and engineering teams to support the dynamic and fast-paced needs of startups. ResponsibilitiesYou'll help customers deploy features and/or services launched by the engineering team by aligning deployment modules with the customers, and validating the success of the deployment. You will monitor internal data quality dashboards to determine customers' and partners' usage health post-launch. While collecting and encouraging customer and partner feedback through various tools, identifying ways to improve deployments and products, you'll also manage customer success to prevent customer escalations. You will directly interact with challenging/senior-level customers and engineers to conduct quarterly reviews to understand customers' deployment stage. And you will support the field team with customer issues, prioritizing and flagging for the product/engineering team.As you engage in partner enablement activities to help customers learn about the product and proper usage of the products, you will update them on new product features and functionalities.You'll support the development of best practices for customer stories and product usage and of written content to build product utility in the community. | |
