Kramer Direct provides direct mail lead programs and prospect lists in the Senior Market for insurance companies, marketing organizations, and individuals. We help provide leads for Medicare Supplement, Medicare Advantage, Special Needs, Final Expense, Dental, Annuities, Trust, Seminars as well as many other products for the over-age 50 prospect.

Full-time employees are eligible to receive paid time off (PTO) benefits based on the Company's current paid time off policies and in accordance with applicable state law. All benefits are subject to any plan changes at the Company's sole discretion.

Compensation: this position will be paid on a salaried basis with a pay range between $50,000 - $60,000 annually depending on prior experience. This base pay is subject to all applicable statutory deductions and authorized withholdings as required by law. This base pay is also subject to any authorized deductions to contribute toward the employee's portion of benefits premiums and/or 401(k) contributions.



Responsibilities

A customer service sales representative works to develop leads to grow our business. They work directly with customers to recommend products and services to fit their needs. A great customer sales through service representative anticipates customer concerns and offers practical solutions to resolve them. They also know how to "cut to the chase" and close the deal. They will work virtually from a home office by interacting with clients on the phone or by email. They are responsible for consistently achieving sales results. They will be responsible for preparing and submitting sales orders, answering questions about products, prices, availability of mail, and payment terms.

No formal education beyond a high school diploma is required, however, candidates who have previous telemarketing sales or customer service experience are preferred. An ambitious, self-motivated personality and a strong work ethic will help this person to be successful.



Qualifications

    Prior Medicare and/or Medicaid sales and service support experience preferred
  • Understanding of the sales/customer service process and dynamics
  • Goal oriented and sales driven is required
  • Commitment to excellent customer service and exceptional people skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills a must
  • Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and team members
  • Ability to handle customer complaints
  • Keep records of customer interactions, make notes for future interactions as well as for other team members to have access to these notes
  • Experience using computer for a variety of tasks from running prospect counts, prepare/email order confirmations to prospect/client, inputting of orders, etc.
  • Competency in Microsoft applications including word, excel and outlook
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to multitask
