Description - External Grady Health System offers many career paths for experienced professionals. Specialist, Change Management will be a member of the Organizational Change Management Department. S/he will help Grady create a structured and organized change management process where projects not only meet the required deadlines, scope and budget requirements but will also prepare all areas of the organization that will be impacted by these projects. S/he may be involved in projects as a sponsor of the project, a member that accomplishes certain tasks or the overall project manager. In addition, very strong IT, data and business analysis skills to assist in the crucial data management tasks of the department. Assists in maintaining Grady Health System square footage reports & Real Estate summary reports. Updates electronic drawing files. Manages fixtures, Furniture & Equipment (FF&E) Standards and implementation. Manages Interior Design Finish Standards. Coordinates signage standards and implementation. Manages project budgeting. Assesses/verifies existing facility conditions. Processes required documents and submittals to AHJ: authority having jurisdiction. Manages architectural, engineering and other design consultants. Performs project programming, space planning, architectural and interior schematic design, design development, construction documents and contract administration. QUALIFICATIONS * Expected to be available outside of normal business hours with little to no notice either by phone, remote computer access, or by physical visit to the hospital in order to manage or resolve project or other significant technology issues * Will provide periodic status updates on progress towards issue resolution and will be responsible for remaining engaged until issue has been resolved * Must be willing to work flexible schedule to meet the needs of the organization and assigned projects * Baccalaureate level education in business, healthcare or related field with Graduate level degree preferred * 3+ years of experience in Healthcare, Healthcare IT or related field is necessary Equal Opportunity Employer-Minorities/Females/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity. | |
