Your Role:

In this role, you will develop, deploy, and report on the success of plans and activities for the human biospecimen and custom reagent portfolios in North America. In collaboration with key internal and external partners, you will design campaigns and execute marketing activities that drive commercial success while addressing customer needs and strengthening the Miltenyi Biotec brand. Your efforts will focus on establishing, enhancing, and differentiating your portfolios along with the broader Miltenyi Biotec offering in a highly competitive market to promote their synergistic value, enabling customers to streamline their research, increase efficiency, and achieve more consistent results.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Collaborate with marketing team and Marcom for strategy, design, and implementation of comprehensive multi-channel marketing campaigns including social media, email, events, and sales enablement to promote product portfolios and achieve revenue targets.
  • Develop creative content and marketing materials for email, social media, sales collateral, advertisements, and oversees the production and distribution of these assets.
  • Work with internal and external partners to drive tactical activities and proactively resolve challenges that could effect project timelines or customer experience to ensure process alignment and efficiency of tactical execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to ensure alignment and timely execution of campaigns and marketing collateral.
  • Analyze campaign and product performance by monitoring key metrics -such as lead generation, revenue contribution, and digital channel performance.
  • Regularly deliver reports and presentations to internal partners and senior leadership on marketing outcomes, market trends, and revenue impact.
  • Provide support and training to the sales team on new marketing initiatives and materials.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing data-driven enhancements to marketing tactics.
  • Stay current on market trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape while continuously evaluating product and competitor positioning to address evolving requirements, applying industry best practices to drive innovative and effective marketing approaches.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) plans for new product launches in North America.
  • Identify and attend relevant conferences and staff events and capture key learnings and voice of customer (VOC) insights.
  • Travel to customer sites to deliver seminars, lunch-and-learns, and product demonstrations, actively engaging with customers to support education and adoption.


Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in a life science discipline (preferably Biology, Immunology, Cell Biology, or Genetics) with at least 1 year of marketing or life science sales experience, ideally within the scientific or healthcare industry, or 2 to 3 years of equivalent laboratory experience in immunology, oncology, or health-related biological science; Or a combination of education and experience.
  • Basic understanding of common laboratory techniques (preferably human or murine cell culture and flow analysis) and the use of blood materials in a scientific setting.
  • Proficient in Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office products, with strong expertise in Excel.
  • Demonstrated analytical abilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
  • This role requires employees to work 80% of the time in office, travel about 20% of the time during peak seasons, will have flexibility to work remotely while traveling.

Work Environment:

Travel is an integral part of this role and may account for up to 30% of the time, depending on business needs. When not traveling, the role requires a regular in-office presence to support collaboration and engagement with colleagues and partners. Some flexibility is available, with up to one day per week remote work possible depending on business needs.

The hiring range for this position is expected to fall between $93,100 - $101,000/year, reflecting the range candidates can reasonably expect to be considered for at time of offer, based on factors such as experience, internal equity, and qualifications.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of considerations, including but not limited to internal equity, experience, education, specialization, skills, abilities, and training. The above range represents the Company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting.

In addition to your salary, the Company offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, vision, and dental insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan. All benefits are subject to eligibility requirements. Certain positions may also be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or commissions.
