As a Sr. Account Executive (AE), you will sell the Myriad Women's Health portfolio of molecular genetic tests to obstetricians, gynecologists, and other healthcare providers in your assigned territory in addition to providing education on Myriad science, research, and precision medicine. Myriad Women's Health tests can be used to guide personalized medical management decisions and improve patient outcomes.  Responsibilities 
 Selling the physician on the value of different molecular diagnostic tests and interpretationProviding In-Service training to office staffWorking with local phlebotomy providers to streamline specimen acquisitionDelivering local talks and arranging peer to peer programs to groups that want to learn more Coordinating with local health plans that are most relevant to these practicesMust meet expense budget and administrative requirementsUtilize Territory Planning Tools for strategy and planning including target accounts, frequency of calls, etc.Must update Salesforce (CRM) to track targeting, frequency, messaging and strategic/tactical informationAttend regional meetings and Women's Health conferences as planned Qualifications 
 BS/BA degree preferred ideally in a related field of study5+ years of healthcare sales experience preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skillsDocumented successful track record in sales; history of being a top-level performer in prior rolesProven ability to manage ever-increasing responsibility and sustain growthIn-depth product knowledge and knowledge of disease states in current field of expertiseAbility to travel and do overnights as neededModels the "consultative sales" approach; recognized by others for excellent selling and presentation skillsEffective at overcoming obstacles and challenges utilizing problem solving skillsStrong knowledge and understanding of coverage and reimbursement issuesWorking knowledge and application of HIPAA laws, privacy, and ethics surrounding patient privacy and information Demonstrates values and ethics that support Myriad's mission, goals, and professional code of conduct Ability to resist pressure to compromise corporate values despite pressure to make sales Uses discretion and professionalism as it relates to handling patient and physician information and documentation Track record of demonstrating integrity, even when inconvenient Must be flexible, innovative, and self-motivated Systems and Software - proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word and CRM, preferably SalesforceAbility to travel and do overnights as neededValid driver's license and driving record that meets safe and satisfactory criteria per Myriad's motor vehicle driving record policy  Physical Requirements Lifting Requirements - sedentary to light work or exerting 10 to 20 pounds of force frequently.
