RSM's Enterprise Strategy practice is currently seeking a Manager of Front-office Transformation and Sales Operations with a consulting background. As part of the Enterprise Strategy practice, you will draw from your experience and knowledge to contribute to the delivery of client projects, some new opportunity pursuits, and take a consultative approach to growing strategic accounts.

This will require you to collaborate with other RSM practices where experience transformation is integrated with multiple RSM practices. The primary component of this role will be operating model design (in Sales functions), business process design and improvement, organizational digital and experiential transformation, whereby helping to scale front-office transformation as a practice and set of disciplines, development of assets and expansion of service offerings within RSM are secondary components of this position.

Enterprise Strategy engagements involve the analysis, development and documentation of improvement opportunities, e.g. business process mapping and will include technology implementation and training components of front-office focused technologies, such as CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce CRM, Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Hubspot, etc.), Customer Contact / Support Systems (e.g. Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, etc.) and to a lesser degree Marketing Automation Systems (e.g. Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.). Our work requires process analysis, project management skills and the ability to work in collaborative teams, primarily remotely as well as at client locations. This position will be directly involved with relationship management, supervision of staff, onsite client projects and development of Experience Transformation services within the larger marketplace, including demonstrating RSM capabilities related to: human-centered strategic consulting, design, brand & marketing, customer/employee experience solutions and transformation deliverables.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 5 - 7 years of experience in a consulting firm providing consulting services
  • Experience consulting on large solutions-based projects, which include Sales Technology, such as CRM systems
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently to gather facts, organize data, analyze research and other organizational data to identify relevant issues and support findings
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience with how sales functions leverage CRM systems to improve operations
  • Technical knowledge of CRM-to-ERP in Lead to Order and Order to Cash processes
  • Expertise in applying design principles and practices in developing creative solutions to client's complex challenges and market opportunities
  • Experience with practice development and management, marketing and thought leadership resulting in new business relationships
  • Industry experience in marketing, sales, service operations
  • Experience in managing client relationships and leveraging them to expand the Firm and Experience Transformation as a practice
  • Ability to effectively manage overall client relationships to exceed client expectations in a sophisticated large consulting firm environment
  • Ability to provide effective communication to client project teams, executive sponsors and internal practice groups
  • Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with centers of influence and professionals
  • Ability to create clarity from ambiguity and communicate a narrative to multiple stakeholders, internal and with the client, that establish a position from which to effectively launch services that will solve problems and exploit opportunities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate, write and present information in a clear and understandable manner
  • Ability to travel as needed

At RSM, an employee's pay at any point in their career is intended to reflect their experiences, performance, and skills for their current role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns and associates) for this role represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to, education, skills, work experience, certifications, location, etc. As such, pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range: $126,500 - $254,700

Individualsselected for this role will be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance.
