Job Overview
The Coordinator of Gift Services at Children's Hospital Colorado Foundation (Foundation) is responsible for processing donations made to the (Foundation) and runs procedures related to the output and updating of information from the Foundation's Blackbaud CRM constituent database; enters and maintains constituent biographic and demographic information into the database; runs procedures to output and / or update information. Other duties include special projects and working at off-site Foundation events, as assigned. This position will focus on the CRM/LO integration. This position will report directly to the Director, Gift Services in the Foundation. Additional Information Department Name: CHCHS Foundation Job Status: Full time, 40 hours per week. Shift: Shift is Mon-Fri days - 8a-5p - occasional after hours, paid and as planned and scheduled
Duties & Responsibilities
- Process gifts
*Process donations under $10,000 *Serve as back up for gifts $10,000 and above *Keep GS team informed and on task regarding items on Batch Log *Process Benevity report monthly *Keep GS team informed and on task regarding items on Batch Log *Record Estates in progress Gifts in CRM *Serve as back-up for Planned Gift entry - Maintenance of database information
*Prepare Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and cross train GS staff on applying Major Giving/employee giving gifts accurately *Confirm matching gifts (submit matching gifts as needed) and add matching gift claims to CRM *Point of contact for MG/Employee giving *Establish matching gift company relationships in CRM *Maintain login information for matching gift company database *Adjust gift records that are less than $10,000 and with focus on recurring gifts -- Follow-up with Foundation staff and donors on missing information *Perform data cleanup projects *Maintain data integrity by correcting biographical information, including updating address, creating new constituent records, correcting dupes, etc. *Create and maintain constituent records *Clean up Deceased Spouse/Partner records via weekly audit query *Process and respond to chargeback notices *Set up and maintain tribute records/deceasing constituents/adding obituaries *Run daily/weekly/monthly audit queries for data clean-up *Run Crowdfunding queries weekly to add any new tributes from CF pages and additional restrictions for certain gifts *Move crowdfunding gifts to final designations - manually or through a global change - Administer procedures related to the updating and extraction of information in CRM
*Download ANB lockbox image files and prep batches for processing (daily) *Download ANB ACH/wire image files and prep batches for processing (daily) *Confirm that batch log totals agree with CRM batch totals/reconcile discrepancies *Generate pledge reminders monthly *Send monthly pledge push reminder to all Foundation Field Staff *Generate receipts (daily) *Partner with Donor Relations to ensure tribute notifications are mailed once per week *Lead for End of Year Statement preparation *Assist Coordinator of Gift Planning and review GIS's before final submission to be added to CRM - Special Projects and Duties
*Assist Director of GS to create/write SOP for new pledge reminder process *Point of contact for GS between Gift Planning department *Paid to attend and work special events such as Courage Classic *Monitor and respond to GS Help questions *Point of contact for MG/Employee giving *May be asked to work paid overtime depending on volume of activity and special needs *Assist with other projects as needed or assigned by Director of Gift Services *Cross train with other Gift Processing team members to assist or cover specific duties as volumes or other circumstances, as needed (e.g., paid time off)

- At least 2 years' direct customer experience working in a role that applied daily system use in a CRM with the skills and abilities needed for data entry and data processing. The following skills and abilities will be applied in this job:
* Direct experience and knowledge of data processing with knowledge of business systems. * Maintaining and enhancing a constituent database and data entry procedures. * Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse body of professional colleagues, staff, and external customers. * Ability to learn new software and consistently follow procedures. * Proficient in Microsoft Office365. * Common knowledge of fundraising best practices and procedures. * Outstanding attention to detail and commitment to quality. * Accurately and efficiently type and complete data entry with little to no error. * Must be able to manage time well, particularly while managing competing priorities. * Must be able to work both independently and as part of a group. * Adept at problem solving, critical thinking, and using judgement in situations that require sensitivity and tact. This job maintains a high level of confidentiality and will need to work independently and be willing to take responsibility for autonomous actions and be a positive team player who is willing to go beyond daily duties to help the Foundation achieve overarching goals.

Salary Information Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience.
Hourly Range: $24.04 to $30.29
