Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol

As a Security Officer - Manufacturing Patrol in Evansville, IN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading manufacturing and industrial location, you will monitor and patrol designated areas to help create a secure environment for everyone on site. Your visible presence will help to deter security-related incidents, while you provide outstanding customer service and clear communication to all personnel and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergencies when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order on the premises.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing and industrial location, including the building and perimeter areas.
• Observe for signs of irregularities, such as property damage or unusual activity, and report findings according to site procedures.
• Support access control measures by verifying credentials of personnel and/or visitors at entry points.
• Document incidents, activities, and observations during patrols using Allied Universal reporting systems.
• Collaborate with site staff and local emergency services when necessary to address incidents or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
