The Digital Revenue Operations Lead is an operations and customer-focused, results-driven role responsible for supporting the ongoing direct and programmatic sales, execution, and optimization of the Cox First Media digital product portfolio, which includes our digital assets, Search, Social, Programmatic, OTT/CTV, and Email solutions.
As a Digital subject matter expert (SME), this role provides strategic guidance to sales teams and customers; leads product training; oversees campaign execution, reporting, and optimization; and executes and optimizes our programmatic monetization of our sites and apps. This position operates in a hybrid work environment, requiring in-person collaboration in the office or on-site with customers 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise in digital advertising platforms with strategic thinking, strong communication skills, and a passion for delivering measurable results. They will work closely with the Director of Digital Revenue, the Director of Sales, the Ad Operations team, customers, and vendors. Collaboration & Client Engagement - 30%

USD 99,000.00 - 165,000.00 per year Compensation: Compensation includes a base salary of $99,000.00 - $165,000.00. The base salary may vary within the anticipated base pay range based on factors such as the ultimate location of the position and the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, and abilities. Position may be eligible for additional compensation that may include an incentive program. Benefits: The Company offers eligible employees the flexibility to take as much vacation with pay as they deem consistent with their duties, the company's needs, and its obligations; seven paid holidays throughout the calendar year; and up to 160 hours of paid wellness annually for their own wellness or that of family members.
