As an unarmed patrol officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol a commercial real estate location, helping to deter security-related incidents and provide a welcoming atmosphere for tenants and visitors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible throughout the property, and deliver exceptional customer service through clear communication and professional interactions. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, adhering to site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related concerns.
• Document and report security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activity as observed during patrols.
• Assist visitors, contractors, and employees with access control and general inquiries as needed within the property.
• Remain alert and attentive while on patrol to observe and address security-related matters in accordance with Allied Universal policies and site-specific requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
