House Supervisor

The House Supervisor oversees the daily operations/flow of the house. They report up to management and senior leaders. They are the first line of contact for any incidents within the facility. The House Supervisor, in collaboration with the attending physician and the health care team, supports and cares for patients in all areas of the critical access hospital. This position supervises nursing staff when a manager/director is not present.

Work Schedule:

• .5 FTE (20 hours biweekly) - Day/Evening - every 4th weekend

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years hospital nursing experience
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Wisconsin
• Current BLS Certification

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Baccalaureate Degree (BAN/BSN Preferred).
• PALS or ENPC Certification within 3 months of hire
• NRP Certification within 3 months of hire
