Contract Recruiter
(Seasonal) - Sales & Production Team

Location: Remote, ability to work EST & CST time zones

Contract Duration: January 5th June (with potential extension or conversion to FTE based on performance and business needs) $50-$55k

Pay: $23-$28/hr.

Position Overview: A leading company in the lawncare industry is seeking motivated and experienced full lifecycle contract recruiters to support high-volume recruiting efforts for Sales and Production teams during the upcoming season. The target start date for this role is January 5th, 2025. You will play an integral role in hiring top talent to join our client's door-to-door sales and production teams, partnering closely with field managers to identify and onboard new team members across various U.S. regions. This role requires autonomy, speed, and precision, with a focus on managing requisitions, sourcing, interviewing, and driving high-volume hiring.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage all stages of recruiting, from sourcing to making hiring decisions,to ensure a seamless onboarding process.
  • Collaboration with Field Managers: Partner with regional field managers to align recruiting strategies with team needs, ensuring optimal candidate fit for Sales and Production roles.
  • High-Volume Sourcing: Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, grassroots sourcing strategies, and the company's applicant pipeline to fill positions quickly and effectively.
  • Remote Interview Management: Schedule and conduct remote interviews via Microsoft Teams, coordinating with candidates and hiring teams using Google Docs/Sheets for streamlined scheduling.
  • Regional Focus: Although candidates will work remotely, we prefer recruiters familiar with or located in the time zone of the regions they support to optimize scheduling and candidate outreach.
  • ATS and CRM Systems: Utilize the company's ATS (Workday) and Paradox for managing candidate data, tracking progress, and ensuring compliance.


Qualifications:

Experience:



  • Proven experience as a full lifecycle recruiter, particularly in high-volume environments with requisition management, scheduling, and hiring at pace.
  • Autonomous and Results-Driven: Ability to work independently while meeting recruiting targets (10-17 hires per week).
  • Remote Capability: Must have personal equipment, including a laptop and mobile device, to execute all recruiting functions remotely.
  • Flexibility: Willingness to adapt hours to fit the needs of the assigned region, with core hours typically from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, plus flexibility based on regional demands.
  • Technology Proficiency: Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workday, and Teams for virtual interviewing, as well as a comfort level with high-volume workload in a fast-paced environment.


Onboarding and Training:



  • Onboarding: One week of structured onboarding to provide platform access and procedural overview.
  • Shadowing: One week of shadowing experienced recruiters, followed by solo recruiting with lead support by week three.
  • Independence: Full autonomy in the role by the end of the first month.


Role Requirements:



  • 6 months of experience as a full lifecycle recruiter in a high volume environment.
  • Flexibility to adapt to workload demands and EST/CST hours
