Overview

Manage team of Analysts that provide Digital Analytics to the Marketing organization and NFCU business units to gather, organize and review data to identify strategic issues and opportunities affecting growth and profitability of the organization. Contribute to the development of functional strategy by recommending best practices and process improvements. Develops specialized skill set and proficiency with procedures and analysis techniques.

Provide Media Operations support to implement, manage and monitor media tags and pixels.

Responsibilities


    • Oversees multiple Business Analyst teams or a large function, is responsible for Digital Analytics, strategy and planning to align business operations with the credit union's mission and goals


    • Manage multiple teams and/or specialized units of analysts, ensuring the execution of technical and operational plans


    • Hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud, including Adobe Launch, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Web & Mobile SDK, and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA)


    • Lead and advise on resolution of complex data sourcing and quality issues impacting key business initiatives


    • Provide mentorship and professional development for team members and prepare successors for leadership role


    • Collaborate on development of Analytics for NFCU Product applications (i.e. Credit Card, Auto Loan, Membership)


    • Lead and manage vendor consulting teams to ensure alignment with project goals and deliverables


    • Develop and deliver high-impact presentations to senior marketing executives, including the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)


    • Build and present compelling business cases to support strategic initiatives and decision-making

Qualifications

  • College/university degree and 7+ years work experience; 3+ years of management experience

  • Expertise in managing analytics programs and projects, ensuring delivery aligns with business priorities and timelines (Adobe Experience Platform / Adobe Experience Cloud / Adobe Analytics / Adobe Launch)

  • Strong understanding of media operations, including supporting agency media workflows

  • Expertise in data export processes, such as Data Warehouse, Datafeeds, Conversion API, and event forwarding

  • Experience integrating and analyzing consent management solutions, including OneTrust

  • Ability to guide team members in employing the appropriate analytical techniques to solve complex business problems

  • Experience in establishing quality control mechanisms to ensure accuracy and reliability of analytical outputs

  • Ability to develop metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure the success and impact of analytics initiatives

  • Strong ability to manage multiple teams, ensuring alignment and cohesion in achieving objectives

  • Expertise in managing projects from conception to execution, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets

  • Ability to analyze diverse data and identify trends to inform decision-making and strategic planning

  • Excellent communication skills, able to convey complex ideas and strategies to various audiences

  • Flexibility to adapt strategies and processes in response to evolving business conditions or challenges

  • Commitment to fostering team growth through training, feedback, and recognizing achievements

  • Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, collaborating effectively with senior leadership, development teams, and multiple business unit

Desired Qualification(s)


    • Master's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of training, education and experience


    • Proven track record in migrating from Adobe Experience Cloud to Adobe Experience Platform (preferred)


    • Proficiency with tagging and monitoring tools, such as ObservePoint


    • Documentation and project management of initiatives (Azure Dev Ops, Asana)
