 The General Superintendent is responsible for the supervision, scheduling and coordination of all electrical field installation crews.  Manage multiple field crews and projectsResponsible for training and development of field crew, foreman and general foremanBuild and maintain relationships with the customer, inspectors and other tradesCoordinate production and attend meetings with other trades and the general contractor to identify and resolve any conflictsWork closely with foremen and field crews to ensure all installations meet quality and electrical code standardsManage material and personnel requirements necessary to meet the project schedule and provides best course of action for construction methodsEnsure all on-site personnel comply with project procedures as well as safety program requirements and construction practicesMay hold daily, weekly and/or monthly safety meetingsDocument all violations, provide appropriate notification and recommend and/or implement correction actions as requiredResponsible for efficient use of materials and equipmentRegular and predictable attendanceOther duties as assignedEssential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field locationUnderstand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics and other industry-specific professional and ethical conduct standards ABOUT YOU
 
 
 Qualifications 
 Minimum 10 years of experience in a lead role within the electrical field requiredMust have experience in all aspects of low voltage to high voltage commercial and industrial electrical construction projects.Experience working with union trades and contactsHigh school diploma or GED Knowledge/Skills/Abilities 
 Ability to manage multiple field installation crewsStrong understanding of electrical installations standards and codes as well as construction practices used for electrical constructionProficient in the development and implementation of company and contract procedures to include safety, compliance, and documentation of a projectCertified in CPR, First Aid, OSHA 10Thorough knowledge of reading and interpreting plans, specifications and contract documentsProficiency with MS Project and MS Suite such as Outlook, Word, and ExcelAbility to travel as neededStrong work ethic, good interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written WHAT WE OFFER

 Salary- paid weekly
  
   Commensurate with experience. Posted salary ranges are made in good faith. MYR Group reserves the right to adjust ranges depending on the qualifications of the selected candidate.
