Responsibilities We are seeking a Scouting Manager for State Farm's Silicon Valley-based Scouting team. This individual will successfully identify and evaluate relevant, compelling early-stage companies, then work with State Farm Ventures and other internal stakeholders across our organization to refer the most promising of these companies. This is a fast-paced, strategic role that involves working with many cutting-edge startups, VC firms, accelerators, and the broader start-up ecosystem. Qualifications A Day In The Life Of A Scouting Manager: The Silicon Valley-based Scouting Manager is responsible for identifying and working with a network of exciting startups, top-tier established organizations, as well as venture capitalists, incubators/accelerators, and premier educational institutions to identify emerging technologies, products, services, and solutions for State Farm and our customers Necessary Qualifications:

Our Benefits Because work-life balance is a priority at State Farm, compensation is based on our standard 38:45-hour work week! Potential starting salary range: $130,000 - $220,00. Starting salary will be based on skills, background, and experience. High end of the range limited to applicants with significant relevant experience and certain geographical locations.
