Join Our Team as a Customer Care Representative at Epiroc!

The Customer Care Representative plays a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience across Epiroc's Attachments Division in North and South America. As part of the Customer Solution Center (CSC), this role serves as the first point of contact for customers and distributors, providing responsive, knowledgeable, and professional service across all product lines.

This position will help shape the division's evolving customer experience model-one designed to create consistent, high-quality interactions that reflect care, efficiency, and a genuine focus on customer success. Representatives ensure each interaction supports our commitment to reliability, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Work Type (Remote): This is a remote position open to candidates based in the United States, with a preference for those residing in the Eastern Time Zone. This job opening is not eligible for immigration/work visa sponsorship.This position may be performed remotely or in an office setting, depending on business needs and employee location. The Customer Care team supports customers throughout North and South America. Occasional travel may be required for training or team meetings.

Responsibilities:

Customer Support & Order Management



  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email regarding pricing, availability, order status, and returns across multiple product lines.
  • Enter, track, and update orders accurately within M3, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and established standards.
  • Provide clear, timely information on product features, promotions, and warranty processes.
  • Support initial technical questions and coordinate with Technical Service Representatives for resolution.
  • Maintain order accuracy and attention to detail in support of CSC quality and customer satisfaction goals.


Team Collaboration & Continuous Improvement





    • Collaborate with peers to balance workload and ensure consistent coverage for customer inquiries.
    • Participate in ongoing product, system, and customer experience training.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve service delivery.
    • Support cross-functional initiatives that enhance communication, responsiveness, and customer satisfaction.





Salary Range: The salary for this position is between $50,000 and $60,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This range reflects our commitment to fair pay based on skills, experience, and market standards.

Knowledge/Education:



  • Associate degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 3 years in customer service, order management, or inside sales).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience with ERP and CRM systems preferred (M3 and Salesforce).
  • Detail-oriented, dependable, and customer-focused.



Skills and Abilities:



  • Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment and collaborate across distributed teams.
