Job Description

Key responsibilities:

  • Prospect,networkand buildsenior level relationships across broadcasters,publishersand platformsinUS and Canada.

  • Generateapipelineof high-value opportunities aligned with NIQ's growth strategy.

  • Employ a consultative approach to deeply understand clientneeds and position NIQ solutionseffectively.

  • Lead deal cycles end-to-ed, from proposal development, negotiation, and execution.

  • Work with the Product,Commercial,and Operations Leads in curating client input to help develop and prioritize new and upgraded solutions.

  • Develop client relationshipsthat maximize renewals, upsells and expansion opportunities

  • Deliverinsightful presentations and educate clients on current NIQ capabilities and resources.

  • Achieving sales quota consistent with NIQ margin goals and delivery expectations.

  • Collaborate withSales EnablementandProduct teams to ensure client satisfaction,renewaland growth which each account.

  • Represent NIQ Media at industry events and serve as a trusted advisor in the evolving media landscape.

Qualifications
  • Minimum6-8years of experience in business development or saleswithin the media,adtechor data analytics space.

  • Deepunderstanding of audience data, measurement solutions and media buying processesacrossmedia clients andadtech.

  • Strong network and relationships with the publisher and platform ecosystem.

  • Proventrack recordof meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing revenue with large enterprise clients.

  • Exceptionalrelationship building, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Experienced in scoping and developing proposals and negotiation strategies.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

  • Excellent sales pipeline management skills witha track recordof predictability and consistency.

  • Self-starter,entrepreneurialmindset who canwork independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Proficientin Microsoft Office software.

  • BA with a concentration in Communications, Marketing orMediaa plus.

Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range: $93,800.00 - $150,000.00.

Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
