As a Security Professional - Telecom Campus Patrol in New Albany, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a member of the Allied Universal team in a dynamic technology-focused location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, contributing to a secure environment for people, property, and information. You will perform routine patrols, remain highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and engage with individuals on site to provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.75 / Hour

Training : Must complete three consecutive weeks of day shift training.

What You'll Do:

• Provide excellent customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies for the location.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor the premises for unusual activity, reporting observations or incidents to Allied Universal management and/or site representatives as required.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, following instructions from Allied Universal and/or site leadership.
• Maintain awareness of access points and sensitive areas within the location, ensuring protocols are followed for entry and exit.
• Complete required documentation, such as incident reports and patrol logs, in a timely and accurate manner.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required for this client.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Experience with access control and/or badge procedures is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
