As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents and promote a welcoming atmosphere within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a visible presence, and providing exceptional customer service to all visitors and tenants. This is a driving post, so you will use your skills to patrol the premises as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas of the commercial real estate location to observe and report any unusual activities.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with tenants, visitors, and staff at the location.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and activities according to site-specific and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
