Job Description

We're seeking a Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead a comprehensive divisional rebrand initiative affecting 10+ product lines and lead the development of our long-term brand management capabilities. This role requires someone who can manage complex creative projects, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and build marketing infrastructure from the ground up. You'll work directly with senior leadership and serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external creative partners.

What You'll Do:

  • Lead end-to-end rebrand project including strategy development, creative direction, and implementation across all product lines

  • Manage relationships with creative-as-a-service vendors and external marketing partners

  • Coordinate rebrand timeline, budget, and deliverables across multiple product lines and business units

  • Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all marketing materials, sales tools, and customer touchpoints

  • Facilitate stakeholder feedback processes and approval workflows with cross-functional teams

  • Develop comprehensive brand guidelines and standards documentation

  • Build and maintain brand asset libraries and creative approval systems

  • Support broader marketing operations including campaign development and resource allocation

  • Create processes and workflows that will scale as the marketing function expands

  • Track project performance metrics and provide regular status updates to leadership

What We're Looking For:

Required:

  • 3+ years of marketing project management or brand management experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field

  • Proven track record managing large-scale creative projects with external vendors

  • Experience coordinating complex projects across multiple stakeholders and business units

  • Proven project management skills with experience using project management software

  • Experience with brand development, rebranding, or brand consistency initiatives

  • Proficiency in creative review processes and marketing asset management

Preferred:

  • B2B industrial or manufacturing marketing experience
