Now Hiring Set Up Technician

Location: Urbana, OH

Schedule: 12-hour | Rotating Shift | 6 PM - 6 AM

Pay: $22.04 - $27.24 per hour

Employment Type: Direct hire

What You'll Do:



  • Perform mold changes, insert swaps, and production line setups.
  • Troubleshoot and repair molds, hot runners, and parts handling systems.
  • Execute preventative maintenance on production equipment and automation.
  • Maintain tool areas, spare parts inventory, and equipment documentation.
  • Support operators with machine start-ups, blocked parts, and changeovers.



What You Bring:



  • High School Diploma or equivalent; manufacturing experience a plus.
  • Previous mold changing/setup experience.
  • Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills; basic electrical knowledge helpful.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on concrete production floors.
  • Positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
