Now Hiring Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Opelousas, LA

Schedule: 10 AM - 8 PM | Monday - Friday

Pay: Depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:



  • Perform and schedule routine maintenance and repairs on yard equipment, vehicles, tools, and facilities.
  • Maintain yard organization to ensure materials are stored safely, neatly, and accessibly.
  • Monitor and replenish inventory of maintenance supplies, tools, and spare parts.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for equipment servicing and repair needs.
  • Conduct regular inspections of yard areas to maintain compliance with company and safety standards.
  • Assist with loading, unloading, and handling lumber and materials as required.
  • Support yard staff with safe equipment operation and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Record maintenance activities, costs, and service logs; report updates to management.



Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of facility maintenance or lead/coordinator experience
  • Forklift certified (or able to obtain)
  • Able to lift 50 pounds
  • Effective reading, writing, and communication skills
