Pay: $31 - $32 per hour

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead, train, and motivate production team members to meet customer and company goals.
  • Coordinate workflow and monitor production progress across assigned areas.
  • Operate, control, and troubleshoot heat treating equipment as needed.
  • Ensure all work meets aerospace and commercial quality standards.
  • Promote safety, organization, and teamwork in all work areas.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and communicate effectively with supervisors and management.



Qualifications



  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 3 years of experience in the heat treating industry (aerospace experience a plus).
  • Strong leadership skills - able to coach, train, and guide team members.
  • Advanced knowledge of metallurgy, heat treating processes, and temperature controls.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and production database systems.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain forklift certification.
  • Willingness to work overtime or varied shifts to meet production needs.


Physical Requirements



  • Lift up to 50 lbs and work in environments with heat, fumes, and noise.
  • Ability to bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods.
  • Must communicate effectively and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced industrial setting.
