TekSystems is currently hiring for several Medical Schedulers and Medical Patient Service Coordinators that are FULLY REMOTE! MUST HAVE: 2-3 years of medical scheduling experience or something related. MUST Live in only one of the following states as the other states are not approved for remote work. * Alabama, FL, GA, Idaho, Indiana, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, NC, OH, OK, SC, SD, TEN, WV, or Wy. * Description Patient scheduler role. Candidate will anticipate making high volumes of inbound phone calls. Required to schedule a min of 40 patients a day. This is for their radiology department and volume is very high. Candidate may also be trained on insurance verification or scheduling team and excepted to be flexible. If a candidate is not flexible, they will not work in this role. Candidates need to be able to type 35 wpm and navigate these conversations and will work up to navigating 17-18 pre arrival accounts per day once training is complete. Additional Skills & Qualifications Patient Scheduling Cerner experience is a plus Insurance Verification Authorizations Inbound calls verifying insurance patient scheduling Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Orlando, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
