TEKsystems is hiring several Customer Service Representatives to assist a client located in Bethpage, NY. This position would offer a full-time ON-SITE schedule and would start as soon as possible! * * This client is rapidly expanding and is seeking top talent to help continue with the expansion. Qualifications/Skills -Bachelor's Degree preferred -High volume customer service experience working through an Excel spreadsheet -Must have Vlook up and pivot table experience through Excel -Autonomy in the critical revision of product technical specifications -Target monitoring through BI tools -Excellent knowledge the MS Office suite, especially Excel -Expertise in the use of SAP and Salesforce -Market knowledge * * Job Description -Prepare the offer to the customer based upon the best supply source, which is determined by the Procurement department on the basis of certifications, price per unit and lead time. -Perform RFQ's follow up activities that are necessary to ensure and maintain relations with customers, such as dealing with emails, making calls, videoconferences, and visits. -Build a sustainable relationship with the customer, providing all the necessary information about both the product and the orders/contracts, explaining complex technical information to customers. -Proactively handle customers' complaints and ensure resolution by communicating with the Manager and other departments' staff (Quality& Compliance, Finance, Operations, etc.) Shift Monday- Friday- 8:00am-5:00pm Pay $23.00-27.00/hr.
