Creative Operations Specialist - Remote (in CA)

This is a 12-month, full-time (40 hours/week), remote contract role, open to candidates located within 100 miles of Culver City, CA.


Summary

The Creative Operations Specialist plays a key role in ensuring the seamless execution of creative initiatives from concept to delivery. This role serves as the operational bridge between creative strategy, internal teams, and agency partners-driving alignment, efficiency, and excellence across all creative workflows. You will champion best practices, streamline processes, and support high-quality creative outputs across all channels.


Our Ideal Candidate

  • 4+ years of experience in creative operations, project management, or digital advertising support
  • Passion for creative production with a strong foundation in workflow management, asset delivery, and cross-functional coordination
  • Proficient in project management tools such as Airtable and Slack, with strong organizational and tracking abilities
  • Familiar with digital advertising specs, creative production processes, and multi-channel asset requirements
  • Skilled in collaborating with creative teams, producers, strategists, and agency partners
  • Able to work independently while managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities, timelines, and stakeholder needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills; Keynote experience is a plus
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, proactive, and solutions-focused


Job Description

In this role, you will oversee end-to-end creative workflow management for the Advertising team.

You'll partner with creative, production, planning, and strategy teams to ensure on-time, high-quality creative delivery across all media channels. This includes supporting briefing, connection planning, spec management, asset organization, and creative QA.

You will also maintain Airtable asset libraries, uphold creative best practices, monitor project progress, troubleshoot roadblocks, and support overall operational excellence for the team.

Key responsibilities include:




  • Managing the full creative workflow from briefing to asset delivery and performance follow-up



  • Ensuring creative briefs are clear, actionable, and aligned with strategy



  • Supporting connection planning and creative versioning based on channel needs



  • Acting as the technical point of contact for creative specs and platform requirements



  • Organizing and maintaining assets and project documentation in Airtable



  • Ensuring all creative outputs meet brand standards and quality benchmarks



  • Partnering closely with strategy, channel leads, producers, and creative teams



  • Proactively identifying issues and communicating solutions



  • Supporting production teams with creative QA and deliverable accuracy



  • Providing project management and workflow oversight for campaign planning




Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, production, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Background in creative operations, digital advertising, project management, or production coordination
  • Experience in fast-paced environments supporting creative, marketing, or advertising teams


Additional Requirements

This opportunity is open to candidates located within 100 miles of Culver City, CA and is fully remote.

The pay for this W-2 position is $66.44 per hour.

This position may be eligible for PTO, health and dental insurance, and/or 401(k) benefits upon meeting certain length-of-service and hours requirements.
