Work Responsibilities:

  • System Design:Define technical specifications and interfaces for control electronics hardware systems (e.g., main controller, power supply, communication, sampling). System architecture design, ensuring optimal balance between performance, cost, reliability, and manufacturability.
  • Circuit Design:Responsible for core circuit design, including but not limited to: multi-core DSP/ARM processor minimum systems, FPGA logic circuits, power supply circuits, high-precision ADC sampling circuits, optical fiber communication circuits, and sensor interface circuits.
  • Simulation & Verification:Use simulation tools for functional circuit simulation, verification, and reliability analysis.
  • PCB Design:Responsible for multi-layer PCB design, ensuring signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC/EMI performance. Ensure PCB design meets safety regulation requirements.
  • Debugging & Testing:Set up test platforms, complete functional, performance, reliability, and EMC testing of hardware boards independently. Capable of analyzing and troubleshooting during testing.
  • Productization:Prepare design documentation, test reports, and production guidance documents. Support the trial production and mass production transfer of new products, resolve hardware-related technical issues during manufacturing, and continuously drive product cost reduction, performance improvement, and quality enhancement.
  • Technical Pre-Research:Track the latest control hardware technology trends, lead the selection and evaluation of new components and technologies, and promote the improvement of the team's technical capabilities.

Position Requirements:

  • Master's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Automation, Power Electronics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of control hardware development experience in frequency converters, servo drives, industrial control, new energy electronic control, or related fields, with successful mass-production products or projects. Familiarity with electrical drive product design standards. Experience in control hardware design for medium-voltage frequency converters is preferred.
  • Development and debugging experience with TI C2000 series DSP or similar DSPs. Proficiency in hardware design for at least one ARM Cortex-M/R/A series processor.
  • Proficient in analog and digital circuit design. Expertise in DC/DC power supply development, debugging, and optimization. Solid understanding of magnetic components (switching power supply transformers, inductors) characteristics and applications.
  • Proficient in using tools like PSpice, LTspice, or Saber for circuit simulation and reliability analysis.
  • Proficient in using tools such as Altium Designer, Cadence Allegro, or Mentor PADS for multi-layer PCB design.
  • Proficient in using various standard test equipment for circuit debugging and fault diagnosis.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills, with a good team collaboration spirit.
  • Some project management experience is preferred.
  • Fluent English communication skills.
