This role sits within ABB's Robotics business, a leading global robotics company. We're entering an exciting new chapter as we've announced the plan for SoftBank Group to acquire ABB Robotics. This Position reports to:

Your Role and Responsibilities

Work model: onsite

Project support

• Supported the product and system project managers in executing daily project operations and continuous improvement in compliance with company processes, including: Processing purchase orders, tracking order deliverymanaging material shipments, registration, and inventory, assisting with project document sealing. Conducted monthly contractor working hours statistics.
• Served as the department SAP key user, proficiently utilizing SAP for project audits and data analysis.
• Assisted the system project team in managing and archiving documents according to company requirements.
• Acted as the LBL QCE representative, supporting the department in daily QCE tasks as required by the company, including Attending regular CQE committee meetings, organizing and improving quality and customer satisfaction initiatives, handling customer quality complaints raised by sales, coordinating cross-departmental resources to resolve and track issues to improve customer satisfaction.
• Proficiently use Salesforce as a tool to manage and close complaints and monitor the case closure rates in Salesforce.
• Assisted the Operations Manager in setting annual TNPS targets for project managers and conducted monthly follow-up on progress, completing annual case tracking.
• Assisted the sales team in booking for the monthly orders.
• Follow the recording of VR and leads filled by sales specialist.
• Other project support related.

Admin

• Served as the department's union representative, responsible for new employee onboarding preparations, distribution of cultural benefits, and organizing annual department team-building trips.
• Provided daily administrative support to the department, including but not limited to meeting scheduling, training follow-up, and ordering stationery and gifts.
• Tracked and ensured timely submission of department working hours.
• Acted as the fire drill liaison, regularly monitored HSE indicator completion, including SOT completion for manager-level staff and training certification for project and site managers.
• Assisted the managers with travel bookings and reimbursement.
• Other admin support related.

Qualifications for the Role

Bachelor's degree in English, Administration, or other related majors.

Project management experience related robotics/industry is preferrable.

2~3 years of relevant working experience in a multinational company.

Good English language skills in both written and spoken.

Team player with a high standard of integrity, self-motivation, discipline, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Fast learner with a proactive and positive attitude.

Able to be an effective contributor when working in a multi-cultural team environment.
