This Position reports to: Production Manager Your Role and Responsibilities We are now looking for a new Production Supervisor to join our team at ABB Smart Power in Vaasa Finland. In this role you will be a part of our line management organization, leading your own teams in production. This will offer you a unique opportunity to work with the latest production technologies within robotics and automation while gaining access to various opportunities for further career development within ABB. The work model for this role is: #Li-onsite You will mainly be responsible for: Managing production teams and ensuring that operations are executed in a safe, timely and efficient manner Ensuring your teams ability to respond to customer needs quickly and with high quality Continuously developing the productivity and quality of own teams Ensuring the required skill levels in your teams and setting individual growth targets for the team members Collaborating with different stakeholders Ensuring safety and well-being at work Qualifications for the role B.Sc. in engineering and relevant working experience Few years' of experience from working with production or production processes Basic knowledge in automation and robotics Good teamwork, problem-solving and decision-making ability Good negotiation and presentation skills as well as overall interpersonal and collaboration skills A committed approach to work and a positive mindset Excellent written and spoken communication skills in Finnish. Other language skills are an advantage Previous experience and knowledge of different Switch products Experience in SAP or similar ERP systems Previous leadership experience and safety knowledge of safety regulations are considered an advantage What's in it for you?
