This Position reports to:

• Providing administrative support to branch employees and handling general office tasks (copying, document management, incoming invoices, mail and packages).

• Managing reception operations during standard working hours together with another colleague/student.

• Taking care of visitors, preparing meeting rooms, and maintaining a professional environment at the reception and shared areas.

• Supporting company device management (phones, tablets, SIM cards) and assisting with business-travel administration.

Work model: onsite

• University student

• Secondary school with graduation examination

• Slovak C2, English B1-B2

• Knowledge: MS Office, Excel, Word

• Good communication and friendly demeanor

• Reliability, Flexibility and willingness to learn
