Your role and responsibilities In this role you will be responsible to partner with the local CZ LVS Management Team as HR Business Partner and work closely with the GPG HR Business Partner to design and implement the HR Strategy for Low Voltage systems. Reporting to the CZ Manufacturing Manager, this position will engage with HR Collagues, Business Leaders, EL T&L team, and the Corporate Development team to ensure alignment with ABB Group strategies, guardrails, and best practices. The work model for the role is: onsite

You will be mainly accountable for:
People and Organization Development: Partner with the leadership to develop an organization design and development gameplan and drive initiatives to establish an adaptive learning organization culture. Coach, motivate, and develop talent to build an effective, capable, and high performing team. Support the development of the GPG LVS Capability Framework, capability planning and development initiatives.
Functional Excellence: Acts as partner and coach in the execution of employee lifecycle processes including compensation and benefits, people performance, people analytics, learning and development, employee engagement, global mobility.
Qualifications for the role
Around 8 years of experience in HR roles, either as HRBP or with focus in talent management, learning and organizational development or consulting and advising business leaders in people related topics. Experience with working across multiple geographies and within virtual teams.Experience with assessment would be an asset. Have a digital mindset with proficient using Microsoft 365. Ability to design and delivering soft skills trainings, workshops, and programs facilitation. Excellent presentation and facilitation skills. Excellent relationship building ability across stakeholders with a collaborative approach. Self-driven, energetic, enthusiastic, and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs. Resilience and ability to work with ambiguity and changing set of circumstances and issues. Fluent - both written and spoken in Czech and English
