POSITION OVERVIEW

dormakaba is seeking a Corporate Services Manager based in Indianapolis, IN. The Corporate Services Manager is responsible for managing corporate travel, facilities, and executive assistant support across North America. This role ensures governance, compliance, and continuity in critical business services, with a strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and risk mitigation.

HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $90,000 - $110,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) Please visit our career site for more information on benefits.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead the North America travel policy and program; ensure compliance through partnership with Legal, Compliance, and Executive Leadership
  • Serve as the primary contact for CONCUR; onboard and support employees with travel needs
  • Provide 24/7 support for urgent travel issues; resolve expense report discrepancies with urgency and accuracy
  • Partner with Operations and Commercial site leads to manage facility-related projects and business support needs
  • Oversee third-party mailroom operations and vendor relationships (e.g., Aramark for food and beverage services)

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in corporate services, travel management, facilities, or operations
  • Proven experience managing corporate travel programs and expense systems (e.g., CONCUR)
  • Experience leading administrative or executive support teams
  • Proven ability to build strong partnerships with Finance, Procurement, Legal, IT, and Operations teams
