What You'll Do

• Assist members by phone with account, loan, debit card, and online banking inquiries
• Resolve issues with a focus on first-call resolution and member satisfaction
• Process transactions and account maintenance requests accurately
• Educate members on products and services that support their financial goals
• Deliver exceptional service while building strong member relationships

What We're Looking For

• Customer service experience and a passion for helping others
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Comfort learning new systems and technology
• Banking, financial services, retail, hospitality, healthcare, or contact center experience is a plus

Schedule

Our hours of operation are Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. and Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Most of our opportunities are full-time, although part-time positions may be available.

Full-time positions are based on a 40-hour work week:

• Shifts are typically eight hours in length and include a 30-minute unpaid meal period.
• Employees are scheduled to work every other Saturday. When scheduled to work a Saturday shift, employees receive a day off during the same work week.
• We offer schedules across our operating hours and encourage candidates to discuss their availability during the interview process.

Remote Work Opportunity: Employees begin their journey working on-site, where they receive hands-on training and support. Upon successful completion of training requirements and a period of successful performance, eligible employees may have the opportunity to transition to a remote work environment.
