POSITION OVERVIEW: ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: Select, train, develop and motivate a staff of analysts/advisors Provide data and interpretation of financial results, including statistical and variance analysis and communicate to all levels of management via oral and/or written presentations Participate in monthly financial close and review meetings Manage information for weekly, monthly and annual revenue forecasts as it relates to the current fiscal year and/or future years Manage the development of the annual business plan and long range outlook for FedEx Freight Inc., Canada, and Mexico. Provide financial planning, analysis and decision-support insight to business partners throughout the organization. Lead and participate in cross-functional process improvement and problem solving teams.
