Job Description

What We Do

Our AI Engineering & Science business unit is at the forefront of innovation, building the foundational platforms and cutting-edge tools that empower our engineers and data scientists to develop, deploy, and scale advanced Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions. We are a dynamic, fast-paced team dedicated to delivering measurable business impact through responsible and state-of-the-art AI.

Who We Look For

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of Product Management to lead the strategy, roadmap, and execution for our core AI Engineering platforms. This critical role will focus on building robust, scalable, and developer-centric platforms that accelerate AI innovation across the engineering organization. You will be instrumental in shaping our strategy, ensuring our internal developers, strats, and data scientists have the best-in-class tools and infrastructure to bring AI products to life. You will bridge the technical and business worlds, designing products and services that serve our internal customers and drive significant business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and articulate a compelling product vision and strategy for our AI Engineering platforms, aligning with overall business objectives and technological advancements in AI/ML/GenAI.
  • Work closely with Engineering teams, Strat teams, Data Science teams, customers, and stakeholders to lay out a comprehensive platform roadmap. Understand and lead analyses of the competitive environment, market, customer needs, and product metrics to determine the right set of features to drive engagement and usage.
  • Gather global product requirements, write detailed Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for new features and enhancements, and work cross-functionally to bring these features live.
  • Act as the primary advocate for our internal developer, strat, and data scientist customers. Deeply understand their needs, pain points, and workflows to translate them into clear, prioritized product requirements and user stories.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Agentic Systems. Incorporate cutting-edge capabilities into the platform roadmap to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Develop and manage the strategy for leveraging various cloud providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) to build resilient, cost-effective, and high-performance AI infrastructure. Ensure seamless integration and portability across different cloud environments.
  • Champion and integrate responsible AI principles, including bias mitigation, explainability, and adherence to ethical guidelines, into platform design and development.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 5+ years in a role focused on AI/ML platforms, data platforms, or developer tools.
  • Deep understanding of AI/LMM algorithms, MLOps practices, data architectures, and distributed systems. Familiarity with modern AI frameworks and tools.
  • Experience with major cloud platforms (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud) and a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and services.
  • Proven track record of successfully building and launching products where developers or data scientists are the primary customers.
  • Ability to define long-term product roadmaps, make data-driven decisions, and balance strategic vision with tactical execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
