Find your calling at Mercy! The MyMercy Customer Service Agent will assist patients in successfully gaining access to the MyMercy (Epic MyChart) application by providing digital support either over the telephone or through other electronic media. This will include assisting callers with registering their MyMercy account, resetting passwords, validating caller identification, and troubleshooting basic access issues. The MyMercy Patient Access Agent will answer questions related to accessing the application from patients and Mercy Coworkers. All interactions will be accurately documented with appropriate detail in the enterprise tracking system by the agent. Qualifications:

  • Required Education: High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 1-3 years customer service preferred 1 year contact center experience preferred. Understanding clinical/healthcare settings a plus.
